During my three years at IHG Hotels & Resorts, I designed and maintained a web and mobile design system that scaled across 20+ global hotel brands, helping streamline production time and cut costs significantly. A big part of that work was standardizing a more holistic approach to color palettes, typography, iconography, and image standards — making things more efficient while still preserving what made each brand unique, all within a rigid template and development framework.
